Schedule and availability

This position requires flexible availability during the year, including evenings and weekends. Strong availability is also expected during the holiday season, especially in November and December.

What you bring

You should have experience in a luxury or highly client-focused retail setting, or a strong background in customer service with exposure to diverse and discerning clientele. Success in this role also depends on a commitment to improving performance, strong collaboration skills, polished interpersonal communication, and a genuine curiosity to understand and delight clients.

Compensation and benefits

The selected candidate will receive an hourly wage between CAD 23 and CAD 25, along with uncapped commission potential.
