About the role
OCS is hiring a Cleaner in East Cowes, England, United Kingdom. The role is based on-site and follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with shifts mainly in the morning, though timings may change according to business requirements.
In this position, you will help maintain safe and hygienic spaces so customers can perform effectively in their workplaces. The work will involve regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying waste bins, and sanitising washrooms.
Key duties
- Keep work areas neat and maintain the cleanliness of floors and shared spaces.
- Carry out vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bin emptying, and other cleaning tasks as needed.
- Interact with customers from time to time and provide help when required.
- Complete required health and safety documentation and attend training sessions when necessary.
Candidate profile
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience in cleaning would be beneficial.
- A careful approach and strong attention to detail are important.
- You should be comfortable working to deadlines, setting priorities, and adapting to changing days and hours.
