About the role
The company is operating at the intersection of AI and robotics, helping warehouses improve order fulfillment with robotic arms designed for pick-and-place work. Its systems are already in use at warehouses serving major e-commerce and 3PL customers across Europe, and the offering is delivered as Robotics as a Service (RaaS), working smoothly with AutoStore and Pocket Sorter setups.
This opening is for an experienced Business Development Representative who will take ownership of outbound activity in a key growth area: Southern Europe. The role is centered on building pipeline across Spain, Italy, and Portugal and becoming the main driver of outbound prospecting in that territory.
What you will do
- Lead outbound prospecting efforts that feed the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with marketing to find, nurture, and approach the most promising prospects.
- Build and maintain account and contact maps, including companies, decision-makers, and relevant roles.
- Create tailored outreach messages that encourage meaningful conversations.
- Use LinkedIn, email, calls, InMail, and other channels needed to establish trusted contact.
- Act as a representative of the company’s products, services, and culture in customer conversations.
- Support the company at trade shows and other industry marketing events.
- Recommend improvements to funnel activities to help raise conversion rates.

Familiarity with automated sales approaches, including the use of AI while maintaining a personal touch, is valued. Experience with HubSpot would be beneficial. Candidates should have native or near-native Spanish or Italian and be fluent in business English.
