About the Role

Braze is looking for a Business Development Representative to help create new revenue opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. This role sits within the Business Development team and focuses on building early-stage pipeline through thoughtful outreach, account research, and strong relationship-building. The position is based in Dubai and follows a hybrid work model, with at least three in-office days each week.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and prioritize target accounts with strong commercial potential.

  • Speak with C-suite and other senior stakeholders to understand business goals, customer engagement needs, and marketing challenges.
  • Qualify opportunities and assess whether prospects are a strong fit for Braze.
  • Work closely with account executives to develop account strategies and next steps.
  • Set and manage meetings with prospects while bringing in internal stakeholders when needed.
  • Deliver value-led pitches and product demonstrations to help move opportunities forward.
  • Meet outreach, meeting, and pipeline KPIs tied to personal and team quota goals.
  • Contribute to the generation of high-quality new business opportunities and brand wins for Braze.
