This opportunity is for a Business Analyst specializing in Creatio, hired on behalf of a partner company that handles applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The position is based in Saudi Arabia and is suited to someone with a background in CRM and business process management platforms.
The role supports digital transformation work by connecting business teams with technical teams and turning business needs into practical solutions on the Creatio platform. You will work in a collaborative, agile setting across the full delivery cycle, from collecting requirements and reviewing processes through testing, deployment, and helping users adopt the final solution. The job involves low-code and no-code work, workflow automation, process improvement, and participation in impactful platform implementation projects.
Key accountabilities
- Partner with stakeholders to collect, interpret, and record business, functional, and system requirements.
- Assess current business processes and identify where automation or improvement can be achieved using Creatio.
- Set up and tailor Creatio applications with low-code and no-code tools to align with business goals.
- Contribute to every stage of the project lifecycle, including analysis, solution planning, testing, rollout, and support after implementation.
- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test cases that support accurate delivery.
- Coordinate closely with developers, QA professionals, and solution architects to ensure business needs are translated into workable technical outcomes.
- Lead or support user acceptance testing, gather user input, and assist with end-user training.
- Keep system documentation, process references, and knowledge resources current and well organized.
- Encourage effective use of the Creatio ecosystem, including best practices in no-code development and workflow automation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM, BPM, or enterprise software environments.
- A minimum of 1 year of practical experience with Creatio, including CRM or Studio-based solutions.
- Solid understanding of business process management concepts, BPMN methods, CRM fundamentals, and workflow automation.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, run workshops, write specifications, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum ways of working and experience in cross-functional project teams.
- Basic understanding of low-code development concepts and what Creatio configuration can support.
- Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Helpful extras include Creatio certification, integration experience with REST APIs or OData, knowledge of PostgreSQL or MS SQL, data modeling skills, and exposure to reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
