Role Overview

The Bartender will create premium beverage experiences that reflect the elegance and personalized approach of both luxury brands. This role combines mixology skill with warm guest interaction, ensuring every drink is prepared with care, creativity, and consistency. The position plays an important part in delivering smooth food and beverage service, from greeting guests to completing their experience with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide polished, attentive, and individualized service that reflects luxury hospitality standards.
• Mix and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other drinks with accuracy, flair, and consistency.
• Maintain strong knowledge of beverage offerings, ingredients, pairing suggestions, and standard mixology methods.
• Engage guests confidently, understand preferences, and help create memorable bar experiences.
• Keep the bar and service areas clean, organized, and visually well-presented throughout the shift.
• Handle orders, billing, cash transactions, and POS entries correctly.
• Track stock levels and support inventory checks, requisitions, and proper beverage storage.
• Follow hotel procedures, hygiene requirements, safety expectations, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Work closely with restaurant, culinary, and bar colleagues to ensure efficient service flow.
• Address guest comments and service recovery situations with tact and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience, ideally in a luxury hotel, premium lounge, or fine dining environment.
• Good knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques.
• A genuine interest in delivering excellent guest experiences with a friendly and engaging manner.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in guest-facing interactions.
• Professional appearance and a careful eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining service quality.
• Exposure to POS systems, cash handling, and inventory processes is preferred.
• Solid understanding of hygiene, safety, and responsible beverage service practices.
• English fluency is required; other languages are an advantage.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team-focused attitude with the ability to collaborate in a luxury hospitality environment.
