Role overviewThis position sits within a team that supports automation for Amazon Robotics fulfillment sites. The group helps internal fulfillment technology and robotics teams by delivering both real-time and offline auditing of image and video data, which contributes to inventory accuracy and overall stow quality at fulfillment centers.In this operational role, you will review stowing videos from a fulfillment center, interpret the activity carefully, and use your judgment along with available tools to tag the action shown in the footage or verify the product location. Accuracy is critical, as the work directly supports defect reduction and quality maintenance.What you will doYou will review large volumes of short videos during each shift and provide responses while balancing quality, productivity, and process compliance. The work requires careful attention to detail, especially when video clarity is low, and consistent performance under defined targets.For work-from-home associates, a dedicated setup is required, including a table, chair, and adequate lighting. Shared access to work-related data is not permitted. If needed, associates may be asked to report to the office for a few days.Working patternThe operation runs 24x7 with rotational shifts. A shift lasts 9 hours, including scheduled breaks, and shift timing may change every 3 to 4 months or based on business needs. Associates are expected to spend 6.8 to 7 hours per day actively reviewing videos.Night-shift work may be required, and night-shift allowance will be paid according to the applicable company policy. The schedule follows a 5-day workweek with two consecutive weekly off days, though these may not fall on Saturday and Sunday and can vary by business requirement.Candidate profileThe role is suited to someone comfortable working in a non-technical contract position for 6 months, able to handle image-, video-, and text-based auditing tasks, and willing to work with changing goals focused on quality and productivity. The job also requires the ability to remain focused on screen, work effectively with remote teams, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Applicants must be comfortable with rotational shifts, including nights, and should be open to weekends and holidays if required.
