It also operates four IG-rated businesses, making it the only infrastructure investment grade issuer in India.Adani Solar is India’s first and largest vertically integrated solar PV manufacturer, with manufacturing capacity of 4 GW for cells and modules and 2 GW for ingots and wafers.Role purposeThe Associate Manager for IPQA - I&W Quality will lead the in-process quality assurance function, guiding the team to maintain safe operations, strengthen customer satisfaction, improve business excellence, and drive ongoing quality enhancement in production. The position requires ownership of audits, quality systems, and operational effectiveness to ensure alignment with both internal expectations and external standards.Key responsibilitiesLead safety compliance activities across teams working on ingot and wafer quality, and arrange safety training so all quality processes follow required health and safety rules.Handle Voice of Customer concerns quickly, ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions are completed on time, and keep complaints below one per quarter.Support IMS certification for the MSTL plant by reviewing and preparing documentation, conducting IMS awareness and internal auditor certification sessions, and completing Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification audits.Roll out the MES system for product traceability with zero errors and ensure the system runs smoothly and reliably.Drive continuous improvement by launching at least two Quality Circle initiatives every year.StakeholdersInternal: Manager - Multi Line; Shift Engineer - Cluster - IPQA; Cluster Manager - SQA&IQC; Cluster Manager - FQA; Maintenance Team; Production Managers.External: Process Equipment Vendors; Quality Assurance Consultants; Regulatory Inspectors.QualificationsA B.E. or B.Tech degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering is required.The role calls for 8 to 12 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on in-process quality assurance.Additional informationThis position is based in Mundra, Gujarat, India, and is a full-time onsite role.
