Job description
Position Overview
Swiggy Warehouse is recruiting male candidates for a permanent Assistant role situated at their Serampore warehouse near Bangihati More (Global Logistics Park), close to Hundai Motors. The job involves operational duties such as picking, packing, and scanning of items within the warehouse environment, with a fixed reporting time of 10:00 AM daily.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic salary of ₹11,500 per month
- Attendance bonus amounting to ₹1,000 monthly
- Monsoon season bonus of ₹1,000
- Night allowance of ₹120 per night shift worked
- Overtime is compensated at ₹126 per hour
- Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits included
- An additional ₹1,500 monthly for employees residing more than 100 kilometers away
Facilities Provided
- Complimentary bus service from Seoraphuli Station to the warehouse
- Food facility available on-site at a subsidized cost of ₹20 per meal
