Role overview

This is a regular full-time opportunity based in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia.

What the role involves

• Help drive the store’s overall goals by delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Support retail growth by contributing to sales campaigns and identifying ways to lift store sales.
• Work with the Store Manager to encourage team members and help them progress toward their personal and career objectives.
• Assist in safeguarding store assets, taking part in routine stock checks, and keeping the store organized, fully stocked, and presentable.

What you need

• Good people management, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of vehicle parts is an advantage.
• Fluency in both French and English, since the role involves working closely with internal customers across Canada.
