Role Overview
This position supports the HR function with a strong focus on business partnering, hiring, employee relations, and organizational development. The role is based in Dubai and involves working closely with teams across operations and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hiring support for operations and technology roles, including coordination across the recruitment process.
- Help design, improve, and implement HR policies that align with business goals.
- Support execution of organizational strategy and contribute to people-focused initiatives.
- Coach managers on performance management and employee growth practices.
- Address employee relations matters while also supporting compensation-related activities and broader organizational development efforts.
- Assist with HR programs such as recruitment, retention, learning and development, and benefits administration.
- Promote good HR practices and take part in initiatives that strengthen company culture.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience working as an HR Business Partner.
- Sound understanding of HR policies, labor law, and employee relations practices.
- Experience with change management and improving organizational effectiveness.
- Previous exposure to a Chinese company will be considered an advantage.
