Overview
HTC Global Services is looking for an AI Engineer to join its Abu Dhabi, UAE team on a one-year contract that may be extended. The position is based onsite.
The company is a global provider of IT and business process services and solutions, established in 1990 and headquartered in Troy, Michigan, USA.
Role Summary
This opportunity is for an AI Engineer focused on innovation. The ideal candidate should bring more than 6 years of experience, solid Python programming ability, and deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI. Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or comparable agentic AI tools is important.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement AI/ML and generative AI solutions.
- Develop predictive models for demand forecasting, revenue improvement, dynamic pricing, ancillary revenue growth, and passenger behavior analysis.
- Design and launch LLM-powered applications using RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Develop recommendation and personalization systems.
- Construct scalable AI pipelines and connect AI models to enterprise platforms and operational systems.
- Deploy and support AI solutions on Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, product owners, and business stakeholders to turn business needs into AI solutions.
- Maintain strong standards for performance, scalability, security, governance, and compliance.
Technical Requirements
- Hands-on experience with RAG designs and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI evaluation methods.
- Practical experience with Azure AI Services, Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps.
- Working knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Familiarity with data engineering, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Comfort with SQL, Spark, and large-scale data processing.
