Role Overview
This internship is aimed at strengthening the organic reach of CuddleMinis by improving search visibility, keyword performance, site health, and domain authority through a mix of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO work.
Month 1: SEO Audit and On-Page Optimization
The first month focuses on understanding the website in depth and fixing core on-site issues. The intern will carry out a full SEO audit, study competitors, prepare keyword research, and compile a technical SEO report.
- Conduct a complete SEO audit of the website.
- Prepare a competitor analysis report.
- Perform keyword research and document the findings.
- Create a technical SEO report.
- Optimize meta titles and meta descriptions.
- Refine H1, H2, and H3 headings.
- Improve URL structure and internal linking.
- Optimize image ALT tags.
- Identify and fix broken links.
- Review robots.txt and submit the XML sitemap.
- Check Google Search Console and Google Analytics for SEO insights.
Month 2: Off-Page SEO and Authority Building
The second month is centered on link-building and strengthening the brand’s online authority through varied off-page activities.
- Build links through social bookmarking and business directory submissions.
- Create profiles and submit articles, blogs, PDFs, PPTs, and images.
- Work on Web 2.0 properties, forums, Q&A platforms, press release submissions, and video sharing.
- Develop business listings and other backlink opportunities.
- Target deliverables that include 3,000+ backlinks in total, along with 500+ profile links, 500+ social bookmarking links, 500+ directory submissions, 300+ image-sharing links, 300+ Web 2.0 links, 200+ article/blog links, and 200+ Q&A/forum links.
Weekly Reporting and KRAs
Progress will be tracked through weekly reporting and defined key result areas. Reports must cover keyword rankings, website traffic, backlink growth, competitor movement, and completed work. Weekly reports are expected every Saturday, along with a monthly performance summary.
- Track technical SEO progress, including website audit completion, sitemap optimization, robots.txt optimization, and broken-link resolution.
- Improve on-page SEO for product pages, collection pages, metadata, and internal linking.
- Identify 100+ target keywords and maintain a keyword tracking sheet.
- Generate 3,000+ backlinks, grow referring domains, and improve website authority.
- Submit weekly reports every Saturday and a monthly summary of performance.

- 3,000+ backlinks should be created.
- Major SEO issues should be resolved.
- Keyword rankings should show improvement.

Eligibility

Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite internship based in Faridabad, India, with the wider work location covering Faridabad, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.
