About the internship
This work-from-home internship is with ConsultBae and is designed for someone who can help coordinate project execution in AI data services. The role involves supporting planning, maintaining task visibility, checking work against requirements, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Support day-to-day project operations by helping organize tasks and making sure the needed information and materials are available.
- Coordinate between team members working from different locations by setting expectations clearly and tracking progress.
- Carry out first-level quality reviews of deliverables to confirm they match the brief, and flag any issues or missing points.
- Monitor timelines and task status in internal tools, identify delays early, and escalate concerns when needed.
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly across different stages.
- Maintain updated project records and prepare short progress notes or summaries highlighting key outcomes.
- Follow company rules for privacy, confidentiality, and secure handling of work-related information.
