TITLE: Consumer Research and Brand Operations
DESCRIPTION:
About the company Forresso Biohealth Private Limited is a Bengaluru-based nutricosmetics brand focused on skin and hair wellness from both the inside and outside. Instead of limiting care to surface-level solutions, the company works on the idea that long-term results come from addressing underlying causes. Its approach combines topical serums with ingestible supplements to support concerns such as pigmentation, hair fall, acne, and signs of aging.
About the internship This one-month, in-office internship in Bangalore is centered on consumer research coordination and brand operations support. The selected intern will help recruit and manage research participants, organize product sampling, track feedback, and ensure data is captured accurately throughout the study period.
Key responsibilities
- Shortlist and screen prospective research participants using a structured qualification questionnaire.
- Manage distribution of product samples and make sure each participant gets clear instructions for use.
- Carry out follow-up check-ins on Day 1, Day 7, Day 14, and Day 21 to gather participant feedback.
- Update and maintain a participant tracker covering demographics, feedback progress, adverse reactions, and completion details.
- Compile and organize feedback forms, consented photographs, and final response data with care and accuracy.
- Immediately report any adverse reactions or participant drop-offs to the research lead.
Other requirements Applicants with academic or practical exposure in psychology, marketing, life sciences, or cosmetology are preferred. Familiarity with Google Forms and Excel for tracking data is useful. Interest or prior experience in skincare, haircare, or wellness is considered an added advantage.
Additional information All conveyance expenses will be reimbursed.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, on-site internship, start between 4 June 2026 and 9 July 2026, stay for 1 month, and are based in Bangalore. Compensation and perks
The stipend is INR 2,000 to 2,500 per month. Other benefits include a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and an informal dress code.
