US IT Recruiter

Role Overview

We are seeking a US IT Recruiter based in Lucknow to handle the full hiring cycle for technology roles supporting US clients. This position involves identifying talent, evaluating candidates, and placing them into contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent assignments.

Work Details

• Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
• Experience required: 1 to 5 years
• Shift: US shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
• Work schedule: Night shift

Key Responsibilities

• Find suitable candidates using job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes and complete first-round candidate screening interviews.
• Interpret client hiring needs and align profiles accordingly.
• Arrange interviews and stay in touch with candidates and clients throughout the process.
• Handle salary or rate discussions and support the offer stage.
• Keep recruitment records, trackers, and candidate profiles updated.
• Recruit across visa and work authorization categories including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US citizens.

Requirements

• Prior experience in US IT recruitment is required.
• Strong verbal communication and talent sourcing abilities are essential.
• Good understanding of US tax classifications such as W2, C2C, and 1099 is needed.
• Working knowledge of US visa categories is expected.
• Comfort with recruitment platforms, databases, and job portals is important.
• Must be willing to work during US night hours.
