Techno-Functional Project Manager - SaaS Platform

Role overview

This full-time position is based in Sharjah, UAE and focuses on steering the delivery of SaaS-based Human Capital Management (HCM) and Visa Management solutions. The selected professional will bridge the gap between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to help ensure the solution is configured correctly, delivered smoothly, and adopted successfully.

What you will do

• Lead SaaS implementation assignments from the initial discovery stage through deployment and support after go-live.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, keeping communication clear and expectations aligned throughout the project.
• Study client workflows and convert business needs into both functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with technical, QA, and product teams to manage configuration, customization, and system integration.
• Run product walkthroughs, coordinate user acceptance testing, and deliver training to client users and stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, handle project risks, and prepare documentation such as SOWs, schedules, and status reports.
• Partner with internal teams to improve solution quality, usability, and overall client satisfaction.
• Make sure implementations follow data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation or techno-functional project management, ideally in HCM or visa/immigration systems.
• Good working knowledge of HR, onboarding, payroll, workforce management, and visa-related process flows.
• Practical exposure to IT system rollouts, integrations such as REST APIs, and data migration activities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a talent for turning business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to manage clients, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver within agreed scope and timelines.
• Experience with Azure Cloud or similar cloud environments is preferred.
• PMP or Agile certification is considered an advantage, though it is not compulsory.
