Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Writer position based in Al Ain. The role focuses on producing clear, accurate, and easy-to-use documentation for AI products, platforms, and services.

Key Work

You will translate complex technical information into content that different audiences can understand, including user guides, API references, configuration instructions, FAQs, how-to articles, and related support resources. You will work with engineers, data scientists, product teams, support staff, and training teams to collect information, clarify technical details, and keep documentation useful and current.

The role also includes improving documentation quality by creating standards, templates, and consistent writing practices across all technical material.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have strong technical writing and technical communication ability, with a proven talent for explaining complicated ideas in clear and concise language. Experience in developing and maintaining manuals, reference documents, user-facing guides, and instructional content is important.

You should be comfortable using documentation tools and workflows such as Markdown, HTML, wikis, and version control systems like Git. The job also calls for strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional technical teams and interview subject matter experts.

Excellent English writing and speaking skills, high attention to detail, and a strong focus on document quality are essential. A bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline — or equivalent hands-on experience — is required. Exposure to AI, machine learning, or high-performance computing environments will be considered an advantage.

Because this role is site-based in Al Ain, the candidate must be able to work on location, manage multiple assignments, and deliver within deadlines in a dynamic, innovation-led environment.
