About the Opportunity
The organization is hiring a driven recruiter who enjoys working against clear goals and timelines. This role suits someone energetic, assertive, and comfortable closing open positions quickly in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate should already have exposure to large-volume hiring, especially for non-technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle for non-technical roles across multiple functions.
- Find candidates through job boards, social networking platforms, employee referrals, and other sourcing methods.
- Review applications, assess suitability, and prepare shortlist recommendations.
- Arrange and track interviews with the relevant hiring teams.
- Maintain a steady flow of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process and support a smooth transition to joining.
- Update recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring dashboards regularly.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly hiring objectives.
- Push hiring activities proactively to close roles within the expected timeline.
- Develop talent pipelines for repeat hiring and bulk recruitment needs.
Performance Expectations
- Coordinate at least 5 to 6 interviews every day.
- Consistently meet assigned monthly hiring goals.
- Maintain a healthy conversion rate from screening to joining.
- Deliver fast turnaround times for assigned vacancies.
- Manage several open requisitions at once without compromising quality.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong background in hiring for non-technical positions.
- Good sourcing and candidate evaluation capability.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and competing priorities.
- Results-focused mindset with accountability for outcomes.
- Strong follow-up habits and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfort with using major hiring platforms and channels.
Preferred Profile
- 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Exposure to agency hiring or high-volume recruitment is advantageous.
- A consistent history of meeting hiring targets will be valued.
- Self-driven professionals who can operate with limited supervision are preferred.
- Best suited for someone who is comfortable in a metrics-led hiring environment where closures and numbers matter.

- Daily number of interviews scheduled.

Compensation
The salary offered for this position is INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month.
