Position Overview
This is an entry-level retail sales associate role designed to offer flexible scheduling. The job includes core store duties such as handling cash, processing fuel purchases, cleaning, and replenishing stock. In some foodservice-focused roles, the work also includes preparing food and following food safety practices. The role is also centered around customer interaction, teamwork, and creating a friendly store environment.

Key Duties and Expectations
- Provide a customer experience that meets or exceeds expectations on every visit.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers at all times.
- Prepare and present food properly, including making coffee and other customer favorites.
- Handle cash accurately, process fuel transactions, and support the rewards loyalty program.
- Follow health code and food safety guidelines consistently.
- Manage multiple tasks, stand and bend repeatedly, reach as needed, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
