Role overview
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to become part of a growing team in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer-facing coordination work in a machinery or heavy equipment setting.
What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries related to quotes.
- Support customers by email, by phone, and in person at the counter or office.
- Assist people looking for machinery parts or details about equipment servicing.
- Source parts and materials for customers as well as for technicians working in the shop.
- Manage shipping and receiving activities.
- Process transactions using a computer-based system.
- Provide general administrative help to the shop and office teams as needed.
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000 per year, along with benefits.
Requirements
- 2 to 3+ years of experience coordinating service or parts operations.
- Experience with heavy machinery parts is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and administrative ability.
- A friendly, professional, and energetic approach when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities at once.
- Dependable with solid communication skills.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada.
