Role overview

This position focuses on analysing sales information, producing reporting packs, maintaining commercial systems and helping different teams make better business decisions. The role is based in Doha and is a full-time, on-site opportunity.

Key responsibilities

  • Build sales reports and dashboards that track commercial performance.
  • Review sales data to spot patterns, trends and business insights.
  • Assist with forecasting and sales planning exercises.
  • Track KPIs and prepare reports for management review.
  • Keep CRM records and commercial databases accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with Sales, Procurement and Finance teams.
  • Support improvements in sales processes and reporting accuracy.
  • Contribute to pricing analysis and broader commercial planning.
  • Prepare monthly business review materials.
  • Take part in ongoing improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related discipline is required.
  • Prior exposure to Sales Operations, Business Analysis or Commercial Support is preferred.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Experience using CRM and ERP platforms will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work with Power BI or Tableau is beneficial.
  • You should bring strong analytical ability and clear communication skills.
  • Professional-level English is mandatory.
