Role overview
Huntress is hiring a Sales Development Representative to support growth in the Mid-Market segment. This quota-focused position is centered on creating new business opportunities, building relationships with VAR partners and internal IT contacts, and helping drive revenue for the Mid-Market Account Executive team.
This role reports to the SDR Manager and is based remotely in the United States. The compensation package includes a $58,500 base salary, target earnings of $78,000, and equity.

What you'll be doing
- Reach out to internal IT departments and value-added resellers serving organizations with 100 to 3,000 employees through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Build trust with VAR contacts and learn about their solutions, team setup, territories, and ideal customer profile.
- Partner on outbound prospecting plans for both reseller accounts and Mid-Market internal IT teams.
- Manage a healthy contact and opportunity pipeline, while making sure follow-ups happen on time.
- Coordinate closely with Account Executives to book demos and support deal progression.
- Consistently hit monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Keep Salesforce records accurate and current, including all prospect and opportunity activity.
- Develop a strong understanding of Huntress, its cybersecurity offerings, its human-led SOC, monthly educational webinars, and competitor landscape.

What you should bring
- At least 1 year of outbound calling experience, ideally in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS, with evidence of strong results.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity products, including endpoint security.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
- Exposure to the VAR/reseller ecosystem is a plus.
