Role overview
This position is focused on building and managing a portfolio of trade and high-value MSME customers, with an emphasis on working capital needs, trade finance, and relationship growth. The role also involves expanding revenue through deeper wallet share, supporting transaction processing, and offering suitable banking solutions to trade clients.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire and manage trade and high-value MSME customers for their working capital requirements.
- Address customer needs related to pre-shipment and post-shipment finance limits.
- Handle the full customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, portfolio management, activation, and attrition control.
- Grow trade revenue by increasing wallet share in both newly acquired and existing trade accounts.
- Bring in new trade customers as well as high-value liability customers.
- Support customer trade transactions and help ensure smooth straight-through processing.
- Cross-sell treasury solutions such as forwards and options to trade customers.
- Deliver cash management services to customers.
- Perform due diligence on customers and transactions to meet AML and regulatory requirements for trade transactions.
- Track and help reduce compliance pendency related to bills of entry and export bills.
