Role overview
JnS Education is hiring a full-time Quality Control Manager in Dubai to oversee student-service quality, admissions support, and performance tracking across the education counselling process.
Key duties
- Keep student records accurate, complete, and up to date, including evaluations and feedback based on results.
- Track outcomes against KPI targets and adjust processes as needed to improve performance.
- Report to management on efforts and results related to selling education services to prospective students.
- Accept task assignments from the line manager and provide monthly student conversion numbers.
- Assess and manage staff performance.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and orderly work environment.
- Respond to student questions and resolve complaints professionally.
- Generate leads and distribute them to relevant team members.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with prospective students through school visits and social media outreach.
- Advise students on education pathways at Foundation, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate levels across the UK, USA, Canada, Malaysia, and Australia.
- Run one-to-one and group counselling sessions to support academic and vocational planning.
- Guide students in selecting suitable universities and programs.
- Work confidently under sales targets and communicate effectively with students.
- Support students through university and college application and admission procedures.
- Answer prospective student enquiries and promote education services.

Qualifications and experience
Candidates should hold a graduation or post-graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized and reputable university or institute. The role requires 4–5 years of experience as a Senior Education Counsellor or Branch Manager. Strong knowledge of foreign education systems, especially Cambridge and American curricula, is important. Applicants should also understand student credibility interviews, SOP assessment, and current student visa processes for the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. Familiarity with international pathway providers will be an added advantage.
Skills and communication
The role calls for excellent communication skills, fluency in both English and Arabic, strong personal computing ability, experience in training and study-abroad education, good time management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
