Program Manager, Supply Chain

Minimum qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, a related quantitative field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management or project management.
• Background in supply chain management, supply and demand planning, and order fulfillment operations.

Preferred qualifications

• Proven ability to juggle several priorities at once and independently push work to completion with strong attention to detail.
• Strong skills in organization and program coordination.
• Advanced ability in problem solving, modeling, and presenting information clearly.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

What the job involves

The role supports supply chain execution by leading complex initiatives across multiple teams. It requires working with stakeholders to define requirements, manage timelines, surface risks early, and maintain clear communication across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage order processes and help ensure material arrives on time to support Cloud capacity at Google network sites.
• Create delivery plans for the current and following quarter so forecasts and deployment timelines are met.
• Run operational reviews for the Open Order Book with stakeholders and partner teams, while making sure last-mile delivery does not become a bottleneck for network capacity.
• Track operational performance, keep progress visible, and investigate and resolve root causes.
• Work closely with stakeholders and vendors to keep daily operations moving efficiently and with a strong bias toward action.
• Spot opportunities for project-based improvements and apply deep domain knowledge to support the organization’s long-term goals.
