Role overview

As a Partner Development Representative, you will be the initial contact for prospective partners and represent the Xero brand. Your main focus will be to qualify leads and guide accountants and bookkeepers through onboarding into the Partner Program, helping ensure they have an excellent first interaction with the platform.

This position also contributes to Xero’s growth in new market segments by building outbound opportunity pipelines and helping run sales events. By identifying decision-makers and carrying out detailed discovery conversations, you will help set the stage for long-term partner success and support small businesses to work more efficiently.

Team environment

You will join a collaborative sales team that drives growth through both inbound and outbound prospecting. The team works closely to improve lead-generation approaches and to ensure a seamless transition to Account Executives, while maintaining a high level of care for partner firms.
