Role Overview

This position is centered on hands-on production rather than concept development. The designer will be expected to take briefs, create polished deliverables quickly, and support the existing design team by handling overflow work. The role includes both graphic design and video editing, with a strong emphasis on speed, consistency, and execution quality.

Key Work Areas

• Edit podcast episodes and short-form video content using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Create static visual assets for LinkedIn posts, carousel content, and employer branding.
• Keep all creative output aligned with Aajil’s brand standards and visual identity.
• Work from the office to collaborate efficiently and manage large production files.
• Complete final assets within tight timelines while maintaining strong quality.

What the Company Is Looking For

The strongest signal for this role is a portfolio demonstrating real experience in both video editing and graphic design. Candidates should be able to work independently, produce neat and consistent output, and move quickly without losing attention to detail. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop is essential, while Figma experience is a plus. Strong English skills are preferred, though exceptional creative ability may outweigh this.
