Plus Transport Company, a bulk logistics provider focusing on heavy industrial vehicle fleet management, is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics MIS Executive based at their office in Chamarajpet, Bangalore. This position acts as a crucial link between daily fleet operations and financial controls, ideal for individuals who excel in handling structured data and precise recordkeeping.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage daily billing processes by accurately inputting customer and vendor invoices into the SAP system within set deadlines.
• Audit fuel usage by comparing trip slips, fuel pump entries, and vehicle logs to create daily consumption reports, ensuring any inconsistencies are quickly addressed.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized digital records including fleet tracking sheets, trip registers, driver information, and daily operating costs.
• Support the finance and accounts department with routine tasks such as voucher verifications, payment documentation, and filing essential records.
• Produce daily and weekly management information system (MIS) reports summarizing operational performance and billing progress to assist executive decision-making.
