About the Role
Matter is working with a range of well-known and growing businesses across the UK to strengthen their outbound sales efforts. The current focus includes a major re-engagement initiative for a leading energy provider, as well as work with brands operating in solar, PPE and workwear, apprenticeships, SaaS, and construction services.
As a Lead Generator, you will be the first point of contact in the sales process: opening conversations, building interest, and identifying opportunities that can develop into long-term business relationships. The position is centred on creating measurable outcomes for clients while helping prospects discover more suitable suppliers and solutions.
Compensation
The base salary for this role is £25,000 to £30,000 per year, with additional commission available.
What You Will Do
- Prospect and develop opportunities through a full CRM and sales technology stack.
- Run outbound activity supported by AI tools and data-led targeting.
- Engage decision-makers across several sectors using channels such as phone, email, social media, voice notes, and personalised video messages.
- Record market feedback, objections, and insight to help improve campaign performance.
