Junior Executive

Role Overview

This position is for a Junior Executive based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, supporting cash-in-transit and route-based operational work. The role centers on following safety, compliance, and operating procedures while maintaining dependable service quality for customers and banks.

Principal Accountabilities

• Follow governance requirements, including SOX, Health & Safety standards, and company policies.
• Take responsibility for liabilities associated with the role and operations.
• Manage route operations and ensure they are carried out effectively.
• Maintain safety across routes and handle related liabilities responsibly.
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with customers and banks.
• Adhere to SWI and SOP guidelines for cash-in-transit operations.
• Report accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management immediately.
• Make sure safety equipment such as panic buttons, cameras, and interlocks remain functional and in proper condition.

Knowledge and Experience

• Experience in cash counting and verification processes.
• Working knowledge of SWI and SOP requirements.
• Ability to listen carefully and understand customer needs.
• Capability to maintain a strong rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with routes and customer locations.

Competencies

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify counterfeit notes.
• Proficiency in the local language is required.
