Compensation Note

Key Responsibilities

• Find suitable candidates using professional networking platforms, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Review applications and narrow down the shortlist to relevant profiles.
• Carry out first-round conversations with applicants.
• Arrange and manage interview schedules.
• Keep candidate information updated and organized.
• Develop and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of IT job functions, roles, and technical domains.
• Experience using LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment.

Working Schedule

• This is a fully remote role.
• The workweek follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
• Working hours are aligned to the Japan shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST.
