About the Role

We are hiring a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to join the Paytm team in Noida. This position focuses on developing strong visual assets for both digital and offline marketing initiatives that support the Paytm brand across consumer-facing campaigns and partner communications. The right candidate will bring a sharp design eye, solid tool proficiency, and the ability to perform well in a collaborative, fast-moving setting.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling digital creatives for marketing campaigns, festive offers, and communications for business and banking partners.
  • Design a broad mix of assets such as social media graphics, banners, email creatives, presentations, landing page visuals, and other marketing collateral.
  • Produce offline branding materials including posters, standees, tent cards, brochures, and in-store branding items.
  • Work closely with marketing, business, product, and other teams to convert briefs into visually effective designs while keeping brand consistency intact.
  • Use Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to design, prototype, and deliver polished creative outputs.
  • Make sure all work follows Paytm’s brand rules and visual identity.
  • Handle several design assignments at the same time and deliver quality work within strict timelines.
  • Stay in touch with stakeholders through the full creative process, from concept development and execution to review cycles, approvals, and final handoff.
  • Keep up with new design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to ongoing campaigns.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a similar discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in consumer internet, fintech, e-commerce, or an agency setup.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates capability in both digital and print design work.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with Figma and Canva.
  • Hands-on experience creating offline marketing collateral and print-ready designs is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and branding fundamentals.
  • Basic familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
