This opportunity is for an FP&A Manager in the financial services sector, based in North Dublin on a hybrid working arrangement. Candidate profile

Key responsibilities
The role involves producing monthly management accounts and reporting packs, leading support for budgeting and forecasting, and working with operational and support teams to control costs and improve efficiency. It also includes delivering clear analysis of performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
In addition, the manager will partner with senior stakeholders, present financial information to leadership and board audiences, assist with project business cases and investment appraisals, monitor expenditure, and support investor reporting requirements.
Requirements
Applicants should be a qualified accountant and hold ACA, ACCA, or CIMA membership, with more than 5 years of post-qualification experience. Strong capability in FP&A, management reporting, or commercial finance is required, along with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
The role also calls for strong analytical thinking, sound problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with senior stakeholders.
