Role overview

An Expeditor acts as the key link between the kitchen and service teams, making sure every dish is prepared accurately, sent out promptly, and presented to guests at a high standard. The position calls for strong attention to detail, speed, and a polished sense of execution in a lively, fast-moving setting.

What you'll do

• Coordinate between culinary and front-of-house teams so meals reach guests correctly and on time.
• Check that each plate is completed to standard before it leaves the kitchen.
• Keep the pass organized and support smooth, efficient meal flow during service.
• Work closely with chefs and management to maintain quality and timing.
