Role overview
Landys Chemist is seeking a reliable E-Commerce Assistant to support day-to-day online sales and order-handling tasks at its London location.
Key responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders with suppliers as needed.
- Receive supplier deliveries and update merchandise accordingly.
- Manage customer returns through the appropriate process.
- Respond to customer queries by email and phone.
Essential skills
- Strong attention to detail, which will be assessed during the interview.
- Solid written English communication skills, also tested at interview.
Working schedule
The role follows a set on-site schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, plus Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
