Role overview
As a Dispatch Agent, you will help keep daily courier operations running smoothly by planning routes, allocating work, tracking deliveries, and supporting issue resolution. The role is based in Baden-Württemberg, Germany and operates on a full-time, onsite basis.
Key responsibilities
- Plan courier schedules and delivery routes.
- Assign work across couriers in a way that supports station efficiency and operational targets.
- Track the daily delivery process and keep systems updated with accurate pick-up and delivery information.
- Assist couriers with operational questions and help resolve day-to-day issues.
- Reach out to customers when extra details are needed or when service concerns must be communicated.
- Escalate issues from the delivery cycle to management and prepare reports on productivity, shipment volumes, and station performance.
