Key Responsibilities

• Engage in an 180-degree recruitment-focused role.
• Generate candidate CVs for senior consultants and the director team.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, our internal database, and professional networking platforms.
• Collaborate with clients on a global scale.
• Develop and publish job advertisements, marketing roles across multiple platforms.
• Manage a busy permanent recruitment desk.
• Develop expertise within a specialized niche desk in our markets.
