About the Role

This position sits within the People Data function and focuses on shaping, cleaning, and converting workforce data so HR teams and technology programs can run more effectively. The role supports leadership by turning people data into reliable insights that improve decision-making and help drive broader HR transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve the efficiency of people technology programs by translating data into practical actions and execution frameworks.
  • Assist with people data transformation work, including defining data standards and making sure data is aligned with HR processes and technology needs.
  • Document transformation logic and detailed field-to-field mappings across people systems, with close attention to core HR data.
  • Support data quality efforts by auditing HR data structures and updating them to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide functional and technical support that helps stakeholders understand and use people technology programs effectively.
  • Perform custom analysis, deliver accurate reporting to leadership, and help inform talent strategy and organizational movement.

  • Capability to manage detailed mapping for P0/P1 core HR fields.
  • Skill in identifying and resolving defects caused by mapping issues between Workday, Oracle, and the BRAIN data warehouse.
  • Ability to support People Analytics teams by explaining design changes and helping refine dashboards.
  • Experience using SQL.
  • Experience with Tableau or a similar data visualization tool.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay for this role varies by location: Dallas, TX offers USD 122,000 to USD 135,500 per year, while San Francisco, CA and Sunnyvale, CA offer USD 135,000 to USD 150,000 per year. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, equity award opportunities, other forms of compensation, a 401(k) plan, and additional benefits.
