Purpose of the Position

We are seeking experienced and driven Customs Declarants to join our dynamic, international, and technology-focused team. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and compliant customs operations, leveraging cutting-edge digital customs solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and meticulously verify all necessary customs documentation, ensuring adherence to both national and international regulatory standards.
• Oversee and manage the entire customs declaration process, including executing clearance procedures efficiently.
• Continuously monitor and stay informed about the latest developments and changes in customs regulations.
• Foster strong collaboration with customs teams located across various European countries.

Requirements

• Possess over two years of hands-on experience in customs operations, including a solid understanding of relevant regulations and clearance procedures.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of customs laws and the intricacies of clearance processes.
• Exhibit proficiency with customs systems, ERP software, and a strong aptitude for adopting and utilizing digital automation tools.
• Maintain fluency in the English language.
• Showcase excellent analytical capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt smoothly to digital workflows.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Additional Information

This role is based in Saint Pierre, Moka, Mauritius, and operates on a full-time, on-site basis with flexible shift work.
