Responsibilities

• Perform thorough deep-cleaning of properties while maintaining strong hygiene standards
• Complete general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vent cleaning, and restroom cleaning
• Handle specialized tasks like window cleaning and carpet cleaning when required
• Inspect areas before and after cleaning and document the condition observed
• Report deficiencies or repair needs to management promptly
• Replenish and maintain supplies in assigned facility areas
• Work in accordance with all health and safety requirements
• Follow the company's cleaning procedures and quality standards consistently

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in cleaning
• Valid driver's license and access to a working vehicle
• Working knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment usage
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results
• Good organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals and supplies safely
• Must have an iPhone for work-related communication
• Willingness to adjust to different environments and schedules
• Physical stamina and mobility to complete cleaning duties efficiently
