Role Overview

Join the hotel front-of-house team as a Bellman and help create a welcoming first and last impression for every guest. In this role, you will support guests with luggage, directions, transportation needs, and day-to-day requests while contributing to a warm, polished, and memorable stay.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests courteously as they arrive and leave the property.
• Manage luggage handling from start to finish, including loading, unloading, safe storage, and delivery to guest rooms.
• Escort guests to their accommodations and explain relevant hotel facilities and services along the way.
• Offer guidance on nearby attractions, restaurants, transport options, and hotel amenities.
• Arrange and support transportation requests such as taxis, ride-hailing services, shuttles, and valet coordination.
• Respond to guest needs quickly and in a professional manner to help ensure an easy and pleasant stay.
• Provide discreet, attentive assistance to VIP guests when required.
• Keep the lobby, entrance, and luggage area tidy, orderly, and inviting at all times.
