Role overview
Stellar Recruitment’s Brisbane team is expanding and is looking for an energetic, organised, and people-focused Associate Recruitment Consultant to join the group. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys achieving results, stays composed in a fast-moving environment, and is keen to build a career in recruitment.
Prior recruitment experience is not required. What matters most is a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, resilience, and the ability to work well with others in a high-pressure, high-reward setting.
What you will do
- Build practical recruitment knowledge by learning directly from an experienced team.
- Support the hiring process through sourcing, shortlisting, screening, and engaging candidates.
- Draft strong job advertisements and assist with promoting vacancies through the team’s network.
- Coordinate activity behind the scenes and keep the recruitment process running smoothly.
