Role overview

Highline is recruiting for an established architecture and design studio with a strong global reputation, seeking Architectural Designers and Architects to join its New York team in Manhattan.

This role offers the chance to contribute to major, technically demanding work across a range of sectors while partnering with highly experienced design and technical professionals.

What you will do

• Take part in projects from early design development through to construction administration.
• Produce clear, accurate design packages and technical drawing sets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and cross-functional project teams.
• Help manage Revit- and BIM-based collaboration and coordination.
• Support delivery on complex, large-scale assignments.
• Work alongside digital design and technology specialists.
• Guide junior colleagues and contribute positively to studio environment and culture.

What the role requires

• At least 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Advanced working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows.
• Proven background delivering complex architectural projects.
• Strong design sense paired with technical and coordination capabilities.
• Working familiarity with New York City building regulations and construction documentation.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, ACC, Navisworks, or visualization tools is advantageous.
• Architectural licensure is preferred, though not mandatory.

Additional information

Location: Manhattan, New York.

Compensation: $110,000 to $125,000.

Applicants must already have authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

This is a full-time onsite position.
