Role overview
This opportunity is with a major nonprofit serving the global scientific community. The organization is known for advancing the hard sciences and publishing highly regarded scientific journals. In this role, you will act as the main coordinator for the LinkedIn Learning member benefit, helping members and internal teams with setup, participation, and recordkeeping.
Key responsibilities
- Track license activation progress and turn off licenses when business guidelines require it.
- Handle the LinkedIn Learning inbox and reply to questions from members and staff.
- Set up staff meetings as needed for LinkedIn Learning-related topics.
- Join scheduled meetings with LinkedIn representatives.
- Keep all important LinkedIn Learning files organized in a central location.
- Prepare and send reports that help day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in a related area is preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong verbal and written communication abilities, a high level of accuracy, and solid organizational skills. Prior experience in administrative support or in a role that works directly with members or customers is an advantage.
Compensation and schedule
This is a remote role based in the United States. It is a part-time contract position that pays between $25 and $31 per hour.
