Role Overview
Veeva is seeking a strong Account Partner to help expand QuickVault, a new cloud-based application designed to improve how small MedTech companies launch products faster. This position plays a key role in driving annual sales performance and supporting the broader growth objectives for QuickVault. The role involves creating new opportunities, closing new business, and building strategic relationships with small MedTech organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an early, foundational member of the QuickVault sales team and help position the product as an essential solution for startups and small MedTech companies.
- Deliver against quarterly and yearly team sales targets.
- Manage the sales process effectively, making use of internal teams and outside resources when needed.
- Develop a strong understanding of Veeva’s product portfolio and partner with internal stakeholders to shape effective sales strategy.
- Stay informed about market and industry developments, and speak with customers about their business challenges.
- Work with urgency, integrity, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of combined SaaS sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MedTech plus Quality & Regulatory work.
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to take initiative.
- Comfortable working on your own as well as collaboratively, with good time management skills.
- Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite, with working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or similar digital tools.
- Proven success in sales roles with short sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships across multiple business functions.
- Ability to clearly explain value propositions to customers.
Compensation
The stated total compensation for this position is EUR 120,000 to EUR 200,000. This range is provided to meet local regulatory requirements and may vary depending on experience and location. Final offers are based on an individual’s qualifications, experience, and expected contribution. Compensation may also include variable bonus and/or stock bonus components.
