About the internship

This internship focuses on maintaining and organizing data for an HRMS environment, using Excel and related analysis methods to extract practical insights. The role is based in Kolkata and is intended for a full-time, in-office intern for a 2-month period starting immediately.

Key responsibilities

The selected intern will support day-to-day data handling and reporting tasks. The work involves keeping databases updated, performing entry and analytics tasks on the current HRMS platform, and checking records carefully to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

• Maintain and update datasets in Excel while identifying useful patterns and insights.
• Carry out data entry and basic analytics on the existing HRMS platform.
• Review records for accuracy, completeness, and overall data quality.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Kolkata, can begin between 29 May 2026 and 3 Jul 2026, and are available for the full 2-month duration.
