- Direct site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers on a daily basis.
- Track schedules, budgets, quality expectations, and delivery milestones.
- Push project progress forward and address issues quickly when they arise.
- Maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants, and design teams.

Candidate profile
The ideal applicant will have solid experience managing construction projects from start to finish, along with strong leadership and project coordination ability. They should be comfortable handling site operations, subcontractors, and multiple project stakeholders.
A strong grasp of budget management, cost control, and project reporting is important, as is the ability to work with Microsoft Office and relevant construction or project management systems. The role suits someone who can balance several priorities in a busy construction environment.
Background and sector experience
A degree or an equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field is required. Experience delivering projects in areas such as education, healthcare, residential, commercial, or civil construction will be highly valuable.
Package
The role comes with a salary of €65,000 to €85,000, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus. The benefits package also includes a pension contribution and 4 weeks of annual leave.
There is also the opportunity to work on a broad mix of projects, with a clear path toward progression into a Senior Project Manager position. The employer is a growing and well-regarded construction contractor offering the chance to be part of a high-performing team.
