The team is hiring several Project Coordinators and Project Managers for its Paris, Ontario location. This single posting is intended to consider candidates for different project-based roles, with placement based on experience, strengths, and career objectives. Both newer coordinators and seasoned project managers are encouraged to apply.

What you will do

• Review project briefs and turn them into detailed plans covering scope, deliverables, timelines, and expected results, working together with Sales and Account Managers.
• Keep a close eye on daily project progress, spot risks and dependencies early, and put corrective actions in place to prevent delays.
• Compare actual project spending with approved budgets, look into any gaps, and help resolve cost issues.
• Arrange the creation, approval, and sharing of project files and production materials, such as specifications, finish samples, and production-ready assets, so production can run smoothly.
• Maintain strong working relationships, manage expectations, and provide clear, timely status updates throughout the full project cycle.
• Partner with Production Managers to follow work orders through pre-production, production, quality checks, shipping, and installation.
• Own projects from approval through final delivery and invoicing while keeping internal teams aligned at every stage.

What we are looking for

• Prior background in project coordination, ideally in custom manufacturing, printing, fabrication, or retail operations.
• Pursuit of, or completion of, PMP certification will be considered an advantage.
• Strong planning and time-management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, along with solid stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort using project management platforms such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Excel.
• A hands-on team player who takes initiative, focuses on solutions, and shows strong ownership.
