About the Company
The organization is a human capability development firm based in Riyadh, focused on building and delivering large-scale learning initiatives, education roadmaps, public-sector programs, and strategic events for government bodies, private companies, and institutions across Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview
This position sits within the Star B2C Programs unit, a commercial function that handles professional certification offerings delivered through globally recognised bodies, along with a premium facility activation program at one of Riyadh’s most distinguished locations. Reporting to the unit’s Project Manager, the specialist will take ownership of the daily commercial and operational work that keeps the business moving and generating income.
The role is strongly sales-oriented. The successful candidate will focus on turning enquiries into confirmed sales, reaching the right customer segments, and keeping both the certification and facility pipelines active. In parallel, the role carries responsibility for operational coordination such as stock control, incoming requests, and routine partner communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell certification packages, codes, and seats to both individual customers and group buyers across the two program streams.
- Handle all incoming leads from the AHLEI SA and HRCI SA websites and convert suitable enquiries into sales.
- Reach out proactively to target audiences based on the relevant program type and certification.
- Track and manage the stock of certification codes and licences from AHLEI and HRCI.
- Maintain day-to-day working relationships with AHLEI and HRCI.
- Support cross-selling between the certification offering and the facility program.
- Assist the Project Manager with pipeline updates and execution of the calendar plan.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, program coordination, or a similar commercial role.
- Exposure to, or a strong interest in, training, learning and development, or certification-based offerings, with an understanding of the target audience.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with confidence on calls, by email, and face to face.
- Highly organised and detail-focused, especially for accurate management of code and licence inventory.
- Self-driven and able to manage priorities, pipeline, and daily work independently.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of a real working process to improve research, planning, analysis, and execution.
- Saudi nationality is preferred.
Benefits
- A commercially active role with direct influence on revenue from the first day.
- Opportunity to work at the intersection of international certifications and one of Riyadh’s most prestigious venues.
- A growing company that offers strong potential for career development.
- Direct contact with senior leadership and a high-performing team.
- Central Riyadh office location.
